  Pre-Registration for next year’s GCBA is now underway.
  

Pre-Registration allows for players currently enrolled in the GCBA to receive a significant DISCOUNT on Registration fees for the 2012-2013 season. (10% lower than our OPEN REG fee)Please read the following instructions CAREFULLY.

• Any player NOT Pre-Registered for next season will have to sign up at OPEN Registration in September 2012.
  
   FEES WILL BE HIGHER IN SEPTEMBER.

• 1. CHECK ALL INFORMATION on the PRE-REG form & if required:
  
  ·     correct  or update the pre-printed information..

  2. READ and SIGN  the WAIVER which includes:
  
  ·       acknowledgement of GCBA Behaviour Guidelines provided on the BACK of this form.
  
  ***NO Registration Form will be processed without a signature.
  
   
  
  3. ATTACH a CHEQUE  Payable to: GCBA.
  
  
  ·      Post-dated cheques up to August 1, 2012, will be accepted.
  
  ·      Please write your child/children’s FULL name(s) on the bottom of the cheque.
  
  ***NO Registration Form will be processed without a cheque.

  $235 - 1 child   [with Volunteer Credit  2012-13  Reg Fee = $205]
  
  $470 - 2 children [no discount]
  
  $590 - 3 children [50% discount for 3rd player]
  
  $650 - 4 (or more) children [75% discount for 4th  or more players]
  
  
  
  SIBLING REGISTRATION: Siblings of registered GCBA players can pre-register now for next season. Sibling application MUST accompany a registered PLAYER PRE-REG form.

Novice
2004-03: 8-9 yrs [grades 3-4]

Atom
2002-01: 10-11 yrs [grades 5-6]

Bantam
2000-99: 12-13 yrs [grades 7-8]

Midget
1998-97: 14-15 yrs [grades 9-10]

Juvenile
1996-95-94: 16-18 yrs [grades 11-12+]

Please note: There are currently openings in all age categories.


ALL successfully registered players will be notified by phone by a coach, or convenor, sometime during the 3rd week of September for the time of their first HL Session IN late SEPTEMBER. Please check this website regularly for details.

• House League Evaluation sessions will begin the end of September.[SAT SEP23 and/or SAT SEP 30]
• Team Assignment notification: tbc
• Practices begin: OCT 09-13
• House League Games begin OCT 14

• Tryout sessions begin SAT/SUN SEP 08/09 Players MUST be registered as members of the GCBA  in order to Tryout for a competitive team.
• Team Selection notification; Final date tbc
• Practices begin: OCT 09-13

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are subject to the following fees:

Prior to August 1, 2012 - Full refund

August 2 - October 15 - Full refund minus $25 cancellation fee

October 16  - October 31 - Full refund minus $100 cancellation fee

After October 31 - No refunds will be processed

Please note, refunds are not automatic. Refunds will ONLY be issued upon request.

NOTE: Only confirmed requests for withdrawal will be refunded. Please allow 3-6 weeks for processing of requests. Cancellation fees are based on date that notification is received by the Registrar... not the coach or convenor
